Terms of ServiceCommissions are for personal use only!!! Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners etc. Make sure you’re only using it for personal use and not for profit. Please contact me via email ([email protected]) for commercial works; there will be additional fees for commercial rights.I own all rights to the work. You may purchase the rights for it which would be an additional $100 usd. Putting my work into any A/I engine is prohibited.I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do or if I am made uncomfortable at any moment.Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees such as $30 and up depending on complexity. Please give me at most three months max to complete the commission just in case something arises. I highly value quality and detail and thus put many hours into my drawings, so please be patient. You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in awhile! I normally provide updates at the rough sketch, clean sketch, flat colors, and final check phases.Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, but please give credit @tobeylemons.Please provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in being declined. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.Payment
Payment can be via Zelle, Cash app or Venmo. An invoice will be sent by me. A deposit of at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start working. Once the art is finished you must pay the rest at the end before I give the art. If you fail to pay the remaining fee you WILL NOT receive the art until it is paid.If for reasons you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit but BEFORE the sketch has been approved, I can give a partial refund (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).
In the rare event I feel that I cannot complete the commission at all, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I have completed. (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).
Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment.Process
Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch and flat colors for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. Please if you want to change anything do it during this time. It is easier for all parties to do this at this time whether it’s something small or big BE SURE TO TELL ME because once i start the rendering process it can become hard to do those changes and depending on the complexity of the change during the rendering time additional fees will be added. Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.Once I am finished you will pay the remaining fee before sending the completed drawing. Then I will send one final check for your review. During this time you can make three minor revisions that may be requested.Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full res .png files of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered.By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above and on the invoice.
